Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents succeed both inside and outside the classroom? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking compassionate School Social Workers to support local school districts throughout the Aurora, CO area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students from Early Childhood Education (ECE) through High School
, providing the social, emotional, and behavioral support they need to thrive in school.

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Support students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies
• Conduct assessments and help develop intervention strategies
• Connect students and families with school and community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

We're looking for professionals who are committed to student success and can support schools for the full duration of the assignment.

• Experience working within a school system
• Active Colorado SSP License (School Social Worker) or the ability to obtain SSP licensure immediately
• Ability to commit to the entire contract assignment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience with IEPs and student support services preferred

• Competitive pay of $24.00–$26.50 per hour

$24.00 to $28.50 per hour
