Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking compassionate School Social Workers to support local school districts throughout the Aurora, CO area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students from Early Childhood Education (ECE) through High School
, providing the social, emotional, and behavioral support they need to thrive in school.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Support students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies
- Conduct assessments and help develop intervention strategies
- Connect students and families with school and community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
We're looking for professionals who are committed to student success and can support schools for the full duration of the assignment.
Qualifications- Experience working within a school system
- Active Colorado SSP License (School Social Worker) or the ability to obtain SSP licensure immediately
- Ability to commit to the entire contract assignment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with IEPs and student support services preferred
- Competitive pay of $24.00–$26.50 per hour
- Monday–Friday school schedule
