Jobtailor is seeking a Family Support Specialist to conduct screenings and collaboratively develop individualized care plans. You will work in homes, schools, and community settings to support families in obtaining housing, food, childcare, education, and healthcare services.
You will provide hands-on coaching for parenting and youth skills, participate in wraparound training, and promote advocacy, resource navigation, and culturally responsive practice.
