The City of Aurora is seeking a Homeless Outreach Worker to build trust with unhoused neighbors, assess needs, and connect them with housing and services. This VHBE role supports safety and stabilization through coordinated community partnerships and data entry in HMIS.
Located in the Housing and Community Services Department, the position offers a salary commensurate with experience and eligibility for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus paid time off and holidays.
