City of Aurora seeks a Homeless Outreach Worker to build relationships with unhoused neighbors, assess needs, and connect them to housing resources. This term‑limited position offers up to 40 hours per week and ends March 31, 2027.
You will partner with police, fire, and community agencies, maintain HMIS data, and develop individualized housing plans while supporting clients toward stabilization and eventual housing.
