Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI (CI or FS Poly Prefered but not required) Overview We are hiring Principal and Sr. Principal Software Engineers to support cutting-edge national security programs in Aurora, CO. This role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining complex software systems across classified environments. Ideal candidates will have strong Java development experience, exposure to hardware/software integration, and a background working in Agile environments.

* Strong experience in Java development

* Additional languages: C++, C, Python, Java Script
* Experience in AWS / Cloud environments
* Linux expertise (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred)
* Docker / Kubernetes (containerization)
* Atlassian tools:
Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
* Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
* System integration, test, and deployment (automation a plus)
* Experience with distributed systems (Sr. level)
* Leadership experience (Sr. Principal level – Scrum Lead, Team Lead, etc.) What You’ll Do
