Security Clearance RequirementActive TS/SCI with Polygraph required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory for a security clearance.
Responsibilities- Provide near real‑time operational response to system alerts and changes in the system environment including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and data reporting
- Monitor near real‑time status of the system and apply technical problem‑solving skills in a near real‑time context
- Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems; advise on design changes to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Document and maintain operational event logs and records; evaluate system performance and enhance system operation and data processing capabilities using technical training and equivalent experience
- Work in a closed environment with frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers
- Perform work in a near real‑time decision‑making environment and successfully complete the required Operations Certification Process
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
- Proficiency distinguishing colors on a computer monitor (red, blue, white, green)
- 5+ years of Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis experience, preferably with military leadership
- Knowledge of satellite mission support in a near real‑time operations environment
- Understanding of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes
- Experience in direct support of customers with frequent interaction
- Completion of the required Operations Certification Process
- Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field
