About the Role
Software Engineer – Satellite Ground Systems, Onsite – Aurora, CO, United States.
U.S. citizenship required. An active, transferable TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date (a TS clearance that can be crossed over to TS/SCI is acceptable).
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for satellite ground systems.
- Work with teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
- Advanced software technologies and techniques, including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice design.
- Modern Dev Sec Ops and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
- Satellite ground system technologies such as command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience developing software using Java and C++.
- Experience with RedHat8 Linux OS and Windows
2019 OS or similar. - Active, transferable TS/SCI security clearance (or TS clearance that can be crossed over to TS/SCI) required before start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm containerization.
- Experience developing software in Python.
- Experience with ActiveMQ.
- Experience with WineHQ.
- Experience with the Raytheon Eclipse Command & Telemetry Product Line.
