What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting‑edge satellite ground systems.
- Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
- A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi‑tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design.
- Modern Dev Sec Ops and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
- Software lifecycle practices for large‑scale defense projects.
- Satellite ground system technologies.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and have five years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
- Experience developing object‑oriented software using C++ and Java.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain TS/SCI without polygraph before starting.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops methods and tools.
- Experience with stateless/serverless software and architecture.
- Experience with microservice software and architecture.
- Experience with containerized applications and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Grafana.
- Experience with satellite command and control software.
Relocation eligible. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
BenefitsSalary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
