Senior Systems Engineer – Integration and Test

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who will integrate, verify, and validate complex systems to ensure they meet mission requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans and procedures, debug system functions and interfaces, build test environments, and collaborate with integration teams and customers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team of engineers to develop and deliver advanced ground systems solutions.
• Perform software and hardware integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team within the Command and Control (C2) domain.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered during system integration and testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to support verification and validation activities.
• Debug software and hardware issues to ensure system performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality integration and test solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with software integration and testing in an Agile CI/CD environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and test automation tools.
• Experience developing software within a relevant project domain (e.g., command and control ground systems or space‑based ISR platforms).
• Hands‑on integration and test engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging software‑based systems or products.
• Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Python, and/or Perl.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment.
• Experience with satellite command and control (C2) systems.
• Experience in a Dev Ops and/or Dev Sec Ops  environment using Agile development practices.
• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Cucumber, Gherkin, and Zephyr.
• Experience with Java, C++, Python, Linux, and cloud‑based environments.

• Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
• Relocation eligible.
