Position: Software Engineering – CI/CD Lead – AF DCGS High Band Mission Applications Software (HBMAS) Sustainment & Development, Collins Aerospace (RTX)
Location: Aurora, CO, USA (onsite); may travel up to 25% to other customer sites.
Employment Type: Onsite
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI (current) required
Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 per year
Responsibilities- Lead a team in the design, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Enable automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments.
- Integrate security and quality controls throughout the pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams.
- Ensure software delivery is reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Strengthen cloud deployment practices.
- Improve overall delivery efficiency through automation.
- Integrate security into development and operations in a CI/CD environment.
- Build and support scalable pipelines that grow with organizational needs.
- Experience leading the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tools.
- Experience using automated security tools such as SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to integrate automated testing, scanning, and quality gates into build and deployment workflows.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience or advanced degree and minimum 6 years of experience.
- Active and transferable TS/SCI – current clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns and managed services.
- Knowledge of configuration management and environment automation.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Understanding of Dev Sec Ops principles and secure-by-design practices.
