Principal Command & Control Software Engineer; Onsite

Job Summary

Position:
Software Engineer – Satellite Ground Systems (Onsite, Aurora, CO). Requires active TS/SCI clearance. U.S. citizenship required.

• Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting‑edge satellite ground systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience developing object‑oriented software using C++ and Java.
• Active, transferable Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI without polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Prefer: experience with Dev Sec Ops  methods and tools.
• Prefer: experience with stateless/serverless, microservice, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Prefer: experience with AWS cloud services, Grafana, and satellite command and control software.

• Competitive salary range: $107,500 – $204,500.
