Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary team
- Analyze large multi-domain datasets including images, text, time series, and graph data
- Review and apply cutting-edge research publications
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Understand training and deployment pipelines including AWS services
- Provide training and mentoring to team members
- Support development of AI/ML algorithms across object detection/classification, natural language processing, time series prediction/classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models
- B.S. in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of AI/ML development experience
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, Num Py, Polars
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience with deep learning architectures
- Experience contributing on a team using version control such as Git, Git Lab, or Bitbucket
- Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Up to 10% local travel

Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with recent Polygraph
Demonstrates expertise in implementing machine learning algorithms and analyzing complex datasets, with proficiency in Python and various ML libraries. Capable of providing training and mentoring while understanding deployment pipelines and maintaining security clearances.
