Job Summary
Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate. The position is on a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn a monthly incentive bonus.
Responsibilities- Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner.
- Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
- Coordinate the removal and replacement of worn components.
- Effectively put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
- Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
- General computer proficiency for basic data entry.
- Forklift operator experience strongly preferred.
- Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more using equipment.
- Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
- Starting pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Monthly incentive bonus eligibility.
- Pay range: $15.00 – $41.97 (estimated).
- Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
