Must work at specified Cox location (no remote option). Travel required.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate $18.81, eligibility for additional compensation (commission, incentive program).
Schedule:
Wednesday – Friday 12:00pm – 8:30pm; hourly rate $21.10.
- Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on auction premises and to customer dealerships and businesses, observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles.
- Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by a supervisor or team leader; move vehicles as necessary and locate “lost” vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle operations as needed.
- Inflate tires and jump‑start vehicles using a battery box and air tank if necessary.
- Notify a supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative; notify the service or gas truck driver when a vehicle is out of gas.
- Assist customers (dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed.
- Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling safety-related behaviors.
- Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- May work overtime as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods, walk long distances, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb frequently.
- Ability to lift 1–15pounds.
- Vision: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous auction experience (preferred).
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Moderate noise level.
- Pre‑employment drug test required (excluding marijuana).
- Must be a drug‑free workplace; possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship (no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship).
