Overview
Drive for a company striving to be the ‘world’s most caring distribution company’ that serves Chick-fil-A® restaurants through safety, care and excellence. As a CDL A driver at Chick-fil-A Supply in Denver, CO you’ll:
- Drive state-of-the-art trucks
- Use the latest equipment to deliver product to multiple Chick-fil-A® restaurants
- Have a flexible schedule that gets you home daily

- Sunday through Friday, start time between 6pm to 10pm or until the work is done
- All drivers will get Saturday off
- Generally, you’ll work between 40 to 45+ hours per week based on the routes available and the restaurants served

Competitive Pay- Guaranteed minimum 40-hour pay between $82,000 to $97,000 yearly based on driving experience
- Overtime paid for hours over 40 per week
- On top of annual earnings, you may receive $22,000+ worth of benefits per year

Samsara devices with a mobile app for parking/unloading and ELD charging in cab - In-House Maintenance Team:
Chick-fil-A Supply onsite mechanics
- Make safe, timely deliveries within established delivery windows
- Unload and stage product at 4-6 restaurants per shift
- Complete all pickup and returns from restaurants and submit paperwork
- On return to the DC, assist in unloading the truck and putting away equipment
- Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance issues
- Operate within hours-of-service limits per the electronic logging device (ELD)
- Maintain an acceptable CSA record
- Follow pre- and post-trip inspection procedures and DVIR reporting
- Audit vehicle registrations, permits, insurance, IFTA, and other documents
- Follow FSMA policies for safe food transport
- Maintain an acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT requirements
- Lead with care when connecting with others by showing respect
- Build relationships with Restaurant Operators to learn best practices
- Collaborate with team leaders before and after trips to assess unload time and delivery issues
Other duties and growth opportunities may be assigned.
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Driving
Experience:
1+ years Tractor/Trailer Experience - DOT And Company Policy Requirements:
- Meet all DOT (FMCSA) requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Class A CDL License from the state of residence
- Complete a DOT Clearinghouse application
- Pass MVR requirements for CDL and medical card, drug test, and background check
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in past 3 years
- No more than 2 similar moving violations in last 3 years; no more than 3 in last 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 10 years
- Live within 60 miles of the distribution center
- Extreme Temperature: Able to work in extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F); work is usually at night
- Heavy Weights: Lift up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with assistance
- Schedule: Flexible weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Travel: 5% travel for operator/market visits and conferences
- Proficient in English: Reading, writing, and speaking
