Position Overview

Ride as a Class A CDL truck driver in Aurora, CO, driving home daily to the Denver area.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $1600 or more per week (0.59 cpm, 800 miles per week)
  • Stop pay $23.77 per stop with 40-50 stops per week
  • Paid Weekly Pay
  • Schedule Monday–Friday, dispatch 6:00 AM
  • 45-50 hours per week
  • Paid Training
  • Company truck equipment:
    Electric pallet jack and lift gate (experience required)
  • Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
  • 80 hours PTO first year
  • Uniforms, cell phone and boot allowance provided
  • 401(k) rollover and company match at 1 year

Truck & Route Details
  • Tractor type:
    Sleeper or Day Cab
  • Trailer:
    Dry Van & Straight Truck 26’ and 32’
  • Routes:
    Home daily, Deliver solo to Denver area
  • Endorsements:
    Hazmat required
  • Freight touch:
    Paint
  • Truck age: 36 months or newer; 24/7 roadside maintenance; fuel at 800+ facilities nationwide
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within last 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years
  • Ability to follow written/oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
  • Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer
  • Perform other duties as assigned
