CDL Driver - Class B

Overview

This position is for a Day shift driver responsible for delivering materials to customers, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL (Class A /
  
  B).
• Able to meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Able to meet DOT requirements, including possession of or ability to obtain a Medical Card.
• Comfortable lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work overtime, including extended hours as needed based on business demands.

• Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour
