Store Customer Service Rep

• Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to standard.
• Know and demonstrate customer WOW steps: (1) apologize, (2) give them what they want, (3) give them something extra.
• Pizza makers must count peperoni and ham on every order each day, regardless of topping amount.
• Pizza makers must not clear pizzas before they are ready to place in the oven.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
• Only the proper procedure for products is allowed.
• Every order is repeated for accuracy and the name and address are confirmed.
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order, no exception.
• Drivers must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Drivers must not have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and in a positive image while working.
• Drivers must not route early or check in early from delivery.
• Every driver must have completed Safe Delivery CBT.
