• Answer the phone or assist carry‑out customers politely and courteously while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, give what they want, and offer something extra.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order each day, regardless of topping amount.
• Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order (no exception).
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Keep the driver vehicle neat, clean, and in a positive image while working.
• Do not be routed or checked in early from delivery.
• Wash hands prior to making products.
• Follow proper procedure for product handling.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the name and address.
