Position OverviewFreight is notouch, consisting of live unload and dropandhook. Drivers average 1,700 miles per week, running 13 loads per day with roughly 13 stops weekly. This is a 24/7 operation, with most routes running during nights, evenings, and early mornings. The schedule operates on a 6dayson / 2daysoff rotation.
Route & Delivery Details- Routes originate from a major distribution center in Aurora, CO, delivering to retail locations across Colorado and Cheyenne, WY.
- Drivers run consistent, repeat store locations with predictable routing.
- Local drivers run shorter hauls, handle minimal mountain routes, and rarely lay over.
- Regional drivers may run slightly longer routes and can take their truck home if they live outside the immediate Aurora area.

Dispatch OperationsDispatch operates on a daily assignment model, so flexibility with weekends and shifts is essential.

EquipmentAll tractors are 2025 automatic models. Local drivers park at the Aurora facility Regional drivers may take the truck home when appropriate Trucks cannot be used for personal transportation.
