1st Shift Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Aurora, CO

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Hours May Vary (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Aurora, CO. This position is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, load, and unload materials while also supporting general warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials within the facility
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Assist with general warehouse duties outside of forklift operation, including manual labor tasks
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Open to feedback and willing to learn and improve
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
