Role SummaryThe primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS represents Tire Hub professionally in all customer interactions and maintains safe driving practices, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Compensation and ScheduleThis position has a starting wage of $22.50 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year of employment with Tire Hub.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

- Distribute tasks across General Warehousing, Delivery Services, and Vehicle Maintenance; adjust allocations as business needs evolve.
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
- Follow Tire Hub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing orders; position them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with Tire Hub policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by a Supervisor or leadership team.

- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license; minimum of 2 years of driving history (does not include permit).
- Must be 19 years old or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift frequently.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
- Follow traffic rules and drive Tire Hub vehicles to customer locations.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Must maintain a forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.
