Truck Driver

We’re seeking professional Class A Truck Drivers for an established grocery distribution operation based out of Aurora, CO
. This position offers superior home time
, premium pay, and modern equipment for a smooth and reliable driving experience.

• Local (within 50 miles of Aurora, CO): Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods.
• Regional (within 110 miles of Aurora, CO): Home weekly with multiple opportunities to pass by the house.

• Annual earnings between $73,372 – $82,212
• $0.70 – $0.80 per mile

• $17 per stop pay (average 13 stops per week)
• $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov–Mar)
• Up to 3% additional bonus for safe, on-time deliveries
• Weekly pay: $1,450–$1,581 and growing
• New 2025 trucks with automatic transmissions and automatic chains

• Loads start in Aurora, CO, delivering to grocery stores in Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
• Mix of live unloads, drop-and-hook, and multi-stop refrigerated freight
• Average 1,700 weekly miles with consistent year-round freight
• Reefer training provided
• 70-hour workweek commitment
• Over-the-phone interview required
• Orientation held in Salt Lake City, UT

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of recent OTR driving experience with an excellent DMV report
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism, must pass all DOT tests both hair and urine
• Must drive truck to and from Aurora, CO (no take-home trucks)

• Within 50 miles of Aurora, CO – Local
• Within 110 miles of Aurora, CO – Regional (34-hour reset weekly)
