Position Details- Pay: $1500 weekly average base pay
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM dispatching times - Bonus: $10,000 for drivers with at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, paid out over the first year
Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Drivers ensure customers’ products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, and they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform all safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections of tractor/trailers according to DOT regulations.
- Report all safety issues, repairs, and hazards; follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
- Inspect trailers for proper load security; perform count checks of items and customer invoices.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route schedule.
- Unload products from trailers and transport items into designated customer storage areas.
- Perform damage control checks, scan goods, and contact supervisor about order removals per company policy.
- Verify delivery of items with customer, obtain signatures, collect payment, and secure returns on trailer.
- Ensure tractors, trailers, and freight are locked and secured; unload damaged goods and returns, coordinate driver check‑in, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Remove trash from trailers, keep area clean, and complete daily record of hours of service per federal and state requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required; secure all equipment at shift end.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Valid CDL‑A License.
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past three years.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Pass road test.
- Attain or have a valid current DOT Health Card or be able to secure a new one.
- Able to hand‑lift and use two‑wheeled, lift gate, or other equipment to move and stack product cases, with weights ranging from 10–35 pounds up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
- At least 6 months of experience driving a tractor‑trailer.
- Experience with onboard computer and electronic log system (e.g., People Net).
- Experience with hand‑held point‑of‑delivery scanning system (e.g., POD).
- Customer service‑related work experience.
