Class A Delivery Driver

Position Purpose

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

• Base pay $1,600 per week
• Weekly bonus pay $375
• $10,000 performance bonus
• Additional pay for overnight or mountain routes
• Opportunity for pay increase at 6 months
• Potential earnings up to $100,000 in first year

Monday – Friday (no weekends). Dispatching times: 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM. Overnight or mountain routes may be required.

• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspect tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations.
• Report all safety issues, repairs required, and any hazards.
• Inspect trailer workload for proper loading and securing of freight.
• Count items, verify invoices, and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Move tractor to loading dock, attach trailer.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders following schedule.
• Unload products, transport to customer storage areas, perform damage control checks.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures, collect money if required.
• Load customer returns onto trailer, secure doors.
• Ensure tractor, trailer, and freight are locked and secured.
• Unload damaged goods and returns; clean trailers; keep equipment and area clean.
• Complete daily hours of service log per DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Hold current DOT health card or able to obtain one.
• Able to hand‑lift and use two‑wheeler, lift gate, and other equipment to move product cases ranging from 10–35 lbs up to 60–90 lbs.
