• Support safe and efficient shuttle operations through scheduling, employee communication, and shift management.
• Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed‑route service and cover open shifts on short notice when necessary.
• Operate basic office equipment including phone, fax, and Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Attend all scheduled workdays on time and in uniform.
• Assist customers and employees by answering questions, directing them to the Facility Manager if needed.
• Report accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or other unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Facilitate monthly driver meetings, provide company training, and implement changes to daily operating procedures.
• Assist Facility Managers with additional duties as required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior knowledge or experience with shuttle or other dispatched transportation operations, scheduling, and employee management preferred.

Availability: Must be willing to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or weekends as required by the location.

License: Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Language: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and presenting information in English.

Mathematics: Basic arithmetic, ability to understand Hours of Service regulations, and calculate quarter‑hour increments.

Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear a complete uniform at all times.

Physical Demands: Perform frequent transitions between sitting and standing, use a phone or two‑way radio.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
