Medical Waste​/Sharps Class A Shuttle Driver

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver for a consistent shuttle route between Denver, CO and North Platte, NE.

Compensation includes a $3,000 sign‑on bonus ($1,000 after 30 days and $2,000 after 90 days), a non‑negotiable base rate of $32 per hour ($33 with hazmat endorsement), and full‑time benefits starting Day 1 including sick and vacation leave.

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company tractor‑trailers up to 53 ft
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance, including logs and roadside inspections

• Load and unload containers (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize trucks based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Experience operating vehicles up to 53 ft
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
