As a Freight Brokerage Logistics Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service to both clients and carriers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all involved parties to track, manage, and proactively troubleshoot shipments and shipping projects.

Duties of the Role Include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate third-party transportation shipments and deliveries
- Use various apps and software to schedule routes, manage/calculate loads, and coordinate arrivals/departures
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors, including managing a high volume of emails daily (potentially 500+ a day)
- Problem-solve issues, such as delays, breakdowns, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of regulations and other relevant rules/laws
- Negotiate rates and other planning accommodations to meet client needs
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish goals and objectives
- Research and other planning & organizational duties as required
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of logistics customer service and/or carrier sales required
- Experience using strong computer skills in a fast-paced environment required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and basic computer skills required

Hours & Compensation:
Full-time, in-office, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Salary range is $52,000 - $55,000, depending on your experience Medical and dental benefits 401k with 50% match option PTO plus paid holidays Bonus opportunities
