WSP is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Roadside Assistance Driver in Aurora, CO.

The Roadside Assistance (RA) Driver is responsible for actively patrolling and managing assigned areas of the E-470 roadway system to support the safety, mobility, and overall experience of the traveling public. This is a 24/7 operational role requiring flexibility and accountability.

Thursday - Monday 9:45pm - 6:15am;
Off Tuesday and Wednesday

• Additional hours may be available to cover days off, vacations, business need, etc.
• May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.

Expected hourly rate is: $24.29 per hour

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. • Monitor roadway conditions and respond to incidents
• Provide roadside support and traffic control
• Coordinate with emergency responders
• Perform roadway maintenance and debris removal
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Maintain documentation and follow safety procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle operation
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  
  Background screening, MVR and drug screening required for all candidates upon conditional offer of employment.

• Perform roadway incident response and traffic management duties in active traffic environments
• Operate a vehicle for extended periods
• F requently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures
