We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our Local LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Division. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver who wants to be home every day while operating a manual day cab and 53-foot trailer throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding regions.

Our drivers play an important role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring freight is delivered safely and on time.

• Make direct-to-store deliveries, typically 3–5 stops per day
• Load and unload freight using a pallet jack and lift gate
• Operate a manual-transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailer
• Complete local pickups and deliveries throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding areas
• Complete required DOT, warehouse, and shipping documentation, including freight bills, BOLs, OS&D reports, manifests, and driver's logs
• Perform required pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
• Follow all company and DOT safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate equipment during driving, loading, and unloading
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all delivery locations
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and team members
• Ensure freight is delivered safely, accurately, and on time

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of CDL Class A driving experience
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Clean and safe driving record
• Hazmat endorsement required within 3 months of employment
• Mountain driving experience is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus

This position requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Drivers must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching, and crouching.

The position involves repetitive hand and foot movements and working in a warehouse and transportation environment where temperatures may range from very cold to very hot. Employees may be exposed to loud noises, dust, moving mechanical parts, and moving equipment. If operating industrial lift equipment, employees must be able to safely get on and off equipment and may occasionally work at elevated heights.
