• Starting Pay $23.25/hr + Incentive
• Increase to $25.25/hr after 2 consecutive weeks of 100%+ Productivity
• Weekend Differential $2.00/hr

• Transports products safety through the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.
• Maintains order selection performance and standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
• Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.
• Build stable and well cubed pallets.
• Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
• Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
• Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote safe and respectful working environment.

• Previous Warehouse/Selecting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds continuously as well as pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be able to work in a range of temperatures from
  -10 to 90+.
• Must be willing to work in grocery and cooler section, freezer is optional.
• Occasionally pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
