DescriptionAM Signal is seeking a Warehouse Technician to work in our Centennial, Colorado office. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Start a new career in a unique and interesting industry! AM Signal is a traffic control distributor that sells and assembles traffic signals, traffic detection cameras, and other ITS products.
Starting pay is based on experience and skill level, and there is a lot of long‑term growth opportunities within this small but rapidly growing company.
Warehouse Technician is responsible for all warehouse tasks and requirements, including but not limited to shipping/receiving material, assembly of products, low‑level ERP (central software) tasks, and general warehouse organization. A high level of communication is expected between warehouse technicians and the warehouse manager.
Pay:
From $21 - $25 per hour / depending on experience.
- Pick/pack orders physically and in central software
- Package/palletize orders for shipment
- Manifest outgoing orders
- Coordinate ground and freight shipments
- Use UPS Worldship and Unishippers
- Make local deliveries
- Unload trucks with incoming freight
- Perform quality checks on incoming material
- Receive incoming products both physically and in central software
- Assemble products per order
- Build assemblies in central software
- Follow all procedures involving assembly and inventory
- Maintain stock levels of designated assemblies
- Receive Purchase Orders in the system upon receipt
- Pick/pack/ship orders out of the system when fulfilled
- Print packing slips
- Binning transactions in the system to maintain accurate inventory data
- Print Sales Orders that are scheduled each day
- Review the dashboard every morning to stay up-to-date on incoming shipments
- Build Work Orders in the system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Return all tools to their proper locations
- Rotate inventory when required
- Inventory counts per schedule
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles after use
- Notify the manager when forklift propane is low
- Notify the manager when packaging materials are low
- Notify the manager when stock levels are low on certain inventory items
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Computer savvy
- High school diploma
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Forklift certified
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with UPS Worldship and/or Unishippers
- Experience with Oracle Net Suite ERP system
- Experience driving a box truck
- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
- Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)

- This is a non-exempt full-time employee position
- Hourly pay rate starts at $21.00 per hour
- Complete benefits package includes paid vacation and paid sick leave, paid holidays, and 401k contribution with employer matching (up to 5%).
