Position: DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator 3rd Shift - $22 per hour starting pay

3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator – Aurora, CO Distribution Center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule

3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (start time may vary based on responsibilities).

Pay

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour. Pay range: $15.00 – $27.36 per hour. Eligible for hourly or incentive bonus.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work overtime, including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, work at heights up to 30 feet, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Ready to learn or currently have experience with warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems.
  • Regular and reliable attendance in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and internal safety procedures.
  • Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
  • Use RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems for daily tasks.
  • Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
  • Use PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required.
  • Participate in team meetings; communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
