Distribution Center Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
Job Details- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses: up to $5.50 per direct hour for high performers
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification required
- Pay Range: $15.00 – $27.36 per hour;
Bonus or incentive plan eligible;
Salary varies by location
- Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
- Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units, scanners or voice units
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and obey all company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE; this includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to the regular shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently without assistance
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Post‑offer background check and drug screen required
