Position: DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator - $22 per hour

Distribution Center Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday).

Job Details
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses: up to $5.50 per direct hour for high performers
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification required
  • Pay Range: $15.00 – $27.36 per hour;
    Bonus or incentive plan eligible;
    Salary varies by location
Responsibilities
  • Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
  • Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
  • Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
  • Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
  • Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units, scanners or voice units
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and obey all company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE; this includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to the regular shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently without assistance
  • Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
  • Post‑offer background check and drug screen required
