DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Position: 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator

Location:

Aurora, CO distribution center

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching).
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Pre‑employment drug screening and background check approval.
