• Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day
• Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis
• Safely operate all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks
• Use Vo-Collect headset
• Palletize and stage product in the warehouse
• Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products
• Maintain a clean work area consistent with company standards

• Have reliable transportation
• The ability to operate electric pallet jacks
• Able to use Vo-Collect headsets
• Work in the Freezer and Cooler
• Make your schedule shift
• Not have attendance issues
• Physically capable to lift between 5 - 50 pounds

• 3PM - 1:30AM (Sunday to Wednesday)
• 4 Days on 3 Days off (will need to have weekend flexibility)
• Multi-Temp Zone (Dry, Freezer, and Cooler)
• Have the ability to work holidays

• $19.98/hr, can make up to $38/hr in performance incentives
• Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

• Paid Time Off:You’ll accrue up to 80 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
• Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
• Paid Sick Leave: Employees accrue 48 hours of sick time per year, available for use after 90 days
• Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
