Job SummaryThe Warehouse Night Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor with replenishment, receiving, and other basic warehouse functions. The role includes training new hires and performing additional duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to completion or as business needs dictate.
Job Description- Assist manager with direction of activities of all warehouse associates in their respective areas including loading, unloading, and replenishment.
- Liaison between employee and managers.
- Influence and motivate peers to achieve goals.
- Assist manager with directing workflow.
- Assist manager with monitoring employee(s) productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
- Responsible for meeting productivity goals for the position.
- Be proficient in all work areas for the shift.
- Utilize warehouse management system to locate product in the warehouse while ensuring inventory accuracy and control.
- Safely operate various warehouse equipment—including forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks—to load, unload, and move product.
- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Warehouse experience.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Warehouse management systems;
Workday software experience desired. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely lift 40‑60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday‑Friday.
- Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours/days without advance notice.
- Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Candidate must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and Fit‑for‑duty testing.
Compensation & BenefitsPay rate: $25.00 per hour.
