Ferguson is a Fortune 500 company that provides distribution services across multiple industries. The role of 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator at our Aurora, CO distribution center involves operating powered industrial equipment and handling warehouse operations in a safe manner.

2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator – Aurora, CO distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour.

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience (preferred).
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) (preferred).
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 ft, repetitive movements).
• Experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular and reliable attendance; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• PIT Certification (training provided).

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall-protection equipment when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
