Warming - Aurora CO

What You'll Do:

You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role, You'll:

* Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day

* Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis.

* Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks

* Use Vo-Collect headset

* Palletize and stage product in the warehouse

* Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products

* Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards

What You'll Bring

* Have reliable transportation

* The ability to operate electric pallet jacks

* Able to use Vo-Collect headsets

* Work in the Freezer and Cooler

* Not have attendance issues

* Physically capable to lift between 5 - 75 pounds

Schedule & Setting:
Warming

* Open

* 4 Days on 3 Days off (will need to have weekend flexibility)

* Multi-Temp Zone (Dry, Freezer, and Cooler)

* Have the ability to work holidays

Pay & Benefits:

* $19.99/hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives

* Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

* Paid Time Off:
You'll accrue up to 80 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment

* Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.

Employees accrue 48 hours of sick time per year, available for use after 90 days
