Second Shift – Mon‑Thurs 5 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.

• Operational / Shift Execution:
  Oversee 4PL activities within the assigned area or shift, ensuring alignment with daily plans, priorities, and schedules while monitoring real‑time performance and supporting smooth transitions.
• 4PL Oversight & Coordination:
  Act as the main KN contact for 4PL leads, ensuring proper staffing, adherence to standards, and driving immediate corrective actions while escalating risks when needed.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance:
  Enforce QSHE standards, monitor safe practices, support incident management, and assist with audits and compliance checks.
• Issue Resolution & Communication:
  Identify and address operational issues, coordinate cross‑functional support, and maintain clear KPI tracking and shift communication.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Detect process gaps, support improvement initiatives, and ensure consistent execution of updated processes and SOPs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience working in outsourced, managed‑service, or contract logistics environments.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs.
• Ability to coordinate work and drive outcomes without direct authority.

• Experience in a 3PL or 4PL operating model.
• Experience working in a high‑volume sort center/hub.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and basic operational reporting tools.
• Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or standard work concepts.
• Experience in high‑volume or time‑sensitive operations.

Target base salary range $72,000‑$80,000. Total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
