Parts Coordinator II; Manheim

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate parts receiving, inventory management, and distribution to support daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and communicates effectively with vendors and internal teams.

• Receive and verify parts by comparing against invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Accurately receive parts in Recon
  360/AS400 and verify against purchase orders.
• Process invoices by scanning, labeling, and routing invoices and pick-tickets according to procedure.
• Organize inventory by tagging, storing, and maintaining parts in designated areas by Work Order.
• Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining minimum stock requirements.
• Handle returns and credits by tracking, processing, and documenting returns and vendor credits.
• Support technicians by distributing parts based on Work Orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct daily bin audits and update inventory systems.
• Maintain safety by identifying and reporting safety concerns during routine walkthroughs.
• Manage communication by responding to emails and coordinating with vendors and team members.
• Parts estimation: cross-training of the parts estimator role is encouraged to help maintain business operations during times of need.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (AS400, Recon
  360, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).

• Warehouse/shop environment with frequent standing and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular handling of automotive parts and materials.
• Team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

Salary range: USD 20.00 - 30.00 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary based on location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.

Benefits include a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays per year, with additional paid time off such as bereavement leave, voting leave, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
