PLS Warehouse Associate

• Order fulfillment:
  Pick, pack and prepare shipments specific to each customer order, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Shipping coordination:
  Process shipping labels and documents while prepping products in staging areas for transportation or pick-ups.
• Inspection:
  Check incoming goods for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
• Inventory management:
  Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
• Documentation:
  Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment use:
  Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow and accurate stock levels.
• Stock organization:
  Maintain the receiving area, keeping it clean and hazard-free.
• Returns:
  Process returned items or defective goods, coordinating with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Pay $21/hour+ based on experience

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
