The Warehouse Night Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager with replenishment, receiving, other basic warehouse functions, be a trainer for new hires and other duties as assigned.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. to completion or as business needs dictate. This is a labor-intensive role where team members will be responsible for moving stock repeatedly throughout the shift both manually and with equipment.

Job Description:

Assist manager with direction of activities of all warehouse associates in their respective areas including loading, unloading, and replenishment.

Liaison between employee and managers

Influence and motivate peers to achieve goals

Assist manager with directing workflow

Assist manager with monitoring employee(s) productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency

Responsible for meeting productivity goals for the position

Be proficient in all work areas for the shift

Utilize warehouse management system to locate product in the warehouse while ensuring inventory accuracy and control

Safely operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move product

Ensure a safe work environment

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Warehouse experience

Years of experience: 1-2 years

Experience managing 5+ employees

Basic math skills are required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks

Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner

Must have excellent leadership and communication skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Warehouse management systems, Workday software experience desired

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. REPEATEDLYMust be able to work assigned hours, Monday - Friday Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours/days without advance notice

Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and Fit for duty testing.

The expected annual pay rate for this role is $62,000.00.
