Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Receiving Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient processing of inbound goods while maintaining our high standards of quality, organization, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload inbound shipments and verify contents for accuracy, condition, and documentation
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
  • Accurately receive goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) using RF scanners
  • Sort, label, and store inventory according to company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of packing slips, invoices, and related documentation
  • Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Transport materials to designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stacking and stability
  • Assist in moving materials between departments to support production flow
  • Inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with company quality standards
  • Assist the production team with material preparation or assembly tasks when required
  • Participate in daily cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy /li>
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free receiving area
  • Communicate receiving issues or equipment concerns to management promptly
  • Be willing to work mandatory overtime as required to meet operational and business needs
Core Skills
  • Material Handling experience required
  • RF scanner and WMS experience (preferred)
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
