Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

1st 6AM-230PM, 2ND 3pm-1130pm

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler You’ll be:
  • Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Supporting physical inventory activities, restocking, re-boxing, banding, wrapping, and labeling products.
  • Picking, packing, staging, and shipping customer orders accurately.
  • Verifying products, quantities, and destinations prior to shipment.
  • Operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other approved material handling equipment.
  • Maintaining clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Following all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and using required PPE.
  • Participating in safety meetings and supporting warehouse housekeeping activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Bring previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Can operate RF scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Are able to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
  • Can lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and are comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
