Fifth generation, family-owned insulation & abatement contractor seeking a growth-minded individual to join our Accounting team.

Luse Contracting Group () is a specialty contractor based in Aurora, IL and Milwaukee, WI. We provide mechanical insulation services and asbestos abatement across all industries sectors from commercial to heavy industrial end markets. • Assist with oversight of the accounting department and support day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections
• Oversee weekly field payroll processing
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting
• Oversee fixed assets and corporate insurance administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of job costing, work-in-progress schedules, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience
• Payroll experience preferred

This is a salaried position ($80,000 - $100,000+). Salary commensurate with experience.
