Responsibilities
- Running client engagements from start to finish
- Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns
- Maintaining outstanding client relationships
- Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues
- Engaging with key client management for audit-related resolutions
- 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
- Organization, social, technical, and accounting and auditing skills
- Experience with engagement management and staff supervision
- CPA certification education requirement
- Ability to work additional hours and travel to client sites
Demonstrates expertise in public accounting and external audit processes, with a strong focus on client engagement management, staff supervision, and financial analysis. Proven ability to maintain client relationships and resolve audit-related issues effectively.
