Operations Advisor

• Support the integration of acquired CPA offices into H&R Block operations and processes
• Partner with office leadership to drive client growth, community involvement, and business initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Coordinate across departments to support tax associates
• Manage projects, resource allocation, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with office leaders to ensure operational tasks are completed

• Strong analytical, decision-making, judgement skills
• Computer proficient in MS Office and other web-based applications/software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Must be capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in tax, bookkeeping, and business services field or worked with integration processes
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• 3 years minimum related work experience
