Tax Manager

Our client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Department. This role is designed for a technically strong professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, managing client relationships, and leading engagement execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago’s western suburbs, serving closely held businesses, their owners, and related entities ranging from $1m - $50m in revenue.

While our client is smaller in nature, they've been in business since the 70s and are steadily growing with continued expansion within their tax vertical.

• Strong technical foundation across pass-through entities, individual taxation, and multi-state compliance
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements and make informed technical decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively across competing demands
• CPA or EA required
