3+ years in high-end customer service and/or scheduling, with an emphasis on premium products and services.

What would you be doing?

As the Service Coordinator/Office Administrator at Mills Technologies, your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive a world-class service and support experience 100% of the time. This will include working extensively within a suite of service tools that we have implemented, including our ticket‑tracking system (don’t worry, we’ll train you on these tools). You will be responsible for ensuring follow‑through in a timely manner, coordinating, and scheduling resources, and staying in close communication with our clients throughout the process.

You will regularly check in with our technicians throughout the day to then manage and edit their schedules, if necessary.

While the majority of your time will involve service coordination tasks, the remainder of your time will be focused on general office administrative tasks such as:

  • Coordination with other contractors
  • Following up on status of equipment orders for service
  • Service billing
  • Scheduling of office maintenance
  • Scheduling of vehicle maintenance
  • Coordination of internal and external company events
  • Enter tracking information for orders
  • Purchase and restock office products, including staff wardrobe
  • Checking and sending mail
  • Scheduling travel
